Lately it’s been taking me about 30 minutes into my workouts to feel at full strength Anyone have any suggestions beyond stretching a lot longer before workouts?

yeah, it used to be that I was strongest towards the beginning of the workout (before muscles get sore) most lately i've found that i'm peaking in the middle of the workout

Are you getting sore after a training day and then it’s persisting for an extended period of time? On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being = rhabdomyolysis, how sore are you? Or is soreness setting in during your workout?
