Do you happen to know if Network States also propose concrete governance mechanisms? I'm operating under the belief that they more describe values and vehicles for Network States, not a thesis on how governance should work.

I think it's a natural process, and we'll be seeing those who can design such governance mechanisms will concentrate their efforts towards that end. It is highly probable that there are network-city like connectors who just happen not to term themselves as such whilst proposing infra upon which such can be built.

Do you think that infra will be valuable? What do you imagine the business model will be?

I only think about the meta-level aggregator/ connector hubs that are supra nation or network states that solely work on how we and other non-human elements coordinate around designing governance mechanics.

Zuzalu is one of them, it's valuable and bizness model is as it should be.
