When you’re stuck on a hard problem, especially one beyond your domain of knowledge, how do you get unstuck?

Ask ChatGPT. Really, I recently solved a problem this way, just by asking it and chatting with it. Even if it did not give me a direct/correct answer, it helped me think about it in a different way.

Challenge is finding someone who has that domain of knowledge, from that figure out what to learn to get unstuck. 
I haven't (unfortunately) found a lot of luck in just asking that person for the solution.
