My sleep fitness scores dropped from 80/100 to 40/50 since I had a newborn. How do parents get a good enough sleep in this stage?

Accept that good sleep is not coming back for a while, cut down on alcohol and take advantage of any snooze you can. For a while, putting my kids to sleep also meant me going to sleep.

ya been trying to do that these last couple of days. have a bed next to the bassinet in the baby’s room. using that to sleep when he goes to sleep.
