Now that Tornado Cash and Aztec Connect are both shut down, what other privacy tools exist for private transactions on Ethereum L1?

Can we not use „shut down“ when referring to TC? It’s objectively incorrect and supports the narrative that Ethereum is easily censorable.

I prefer the phrase “target of nation state suppression”
