if you're a beginner this low impact workout is a great place for you to start! today鈥檚 warpcast workout is a 馃挜 low impact cardio 馃挜 1. straight arm raises 2. single leg taps (tap front, tap side ,tap back) 3. plank walkouts 4. mountain climber 5. overhead tricep extension 30 seconds each 2/3 rounds with a 2 minute break in-between! as always let me know how you find it and if you have any questions! 馃幍 Problem - CVIRO
