if you're a beginner this low impact workout is a great place for you to start! today’s warpcast workout is a 💥 low impact cardio 💥 1. straight arm raises 2. single leg taps (tap front, tap side ,tap back) 3. plank walkouts 4. mountain climber 5. overhead tricep extension 30 seconds each 2/3 rounds with a 2 minute break in-between! as always let me know how you find it and if you have any questions! 🎵 Problem - CVIRO
