Defaults like Warpcast USDC rewards being sent on Base reinforce the (inaccurate) perception that Farcaster is coupled to Base / Coinbase

I think this is one of the main issues slowing FC's growth. There hasn't been much frames activity on other EVM chains or Solana, but that's not the egg — it's the chicken (IMO)

We need Solana man. Most of what I’m working on these days is on SOL. It’s where users are and it’s where clients want to build atm. It’s also been this cycle’s darling child while ETH… does its thing. 

I know Solana is possible. I think the major blocker has to do with onchain transactions. But honestly Solana users would use an embedded solution in a heartbeat. They dc about decentralization at all. 

I would even work on it myself if I could gain access to the codebase. Don’t have time or energy to build a whole client around this.
