Locking degen for tipping is a great mechanism that must be made easier. 

Soon:

- Lock and get tip allocation in frame
- Delegate locked degen to users 

Once this is implemented we will lock and delegate the 1c degen to good degens.

Love the idea of being able to delegate locked degen to increase tipping allocation to other people!
