Do you think this is true for crypto incumbents too? Ex: Coinbase. “Why can’t Coinbase just build a non-custodial WaaS, or an L2”…then they did. Is this a fundamental difference in crypto or just specific companies able to remain nimble at scale?

New startups and close-knit companies are the only ones with the ability to *actually* be agile. Founders have their own skin in the game, nobody has yet fallen into the trap of "being comfortable", and there's no corporate bureaucracy staggering builders with red tape. Lumbering giants like (incumbent) gotta fall.
