I read it last year when they announced it but it's in my queue to reread it since I don't recall the details. @eddy, @sriramk.eth, @cdixon.eth amongst others are listed in the vision so they might be able to answer your question. I'm also a bit surprised about how much they've raised and the team size.

Having worked in a creative industry and dealing with how difficult it is to license IP / create derivative works legally, I can see how this is useful.

i think it mostly hinges on whether you think this skeuomorphic notion of IP extends onchain possible but not super likely
