Even if I was using it often, it doesn't even differentiate you from spam accounts anymore.

true, don't see any point either. i was subscribing to premium primarily for the bookmarks, and it has the worst user experience now more than ever

When I had Twitter I never even saw the promised boost in views from it.

correct that’s of no use and don’t subscribe you are just wasting your money from pocket. You can just invest those money on some other place
