$FARTS experiment has failed and I'm calling it off.

- A contract bug has made it impossible to move funds out of the treasury (to Purple or anyone else)

- Will burn all remaining tokens and renounce ownership soon

More technical details:

- in withdrawToPurple function, `transfer` will always run out of gas because the Purple treasury is a proxy contract. Should use `call` instead

- $FARTS contract is not upgradable and the Purple address is hardcoded
