Start a dream journaling practice! It's fun and a muscle you can develop. Can be as a simple as: wake up, open voice memo app, say images/themes/etc from dream(s) you remember. The mere act of consciously acknowledging dream contents helps with remembering them. You'll be surprised at your recall the more you practice

I’ve done this a couple times and the weirdest thing is reading back a dream I had months ago and 100% remembering it like it was a memory 🤯 would’ve been gone in an instant otherwise

Forreal. I used to journal my dreams for anywhere from 30-60mins every morning. Some nights it was like 7 dreams...kinda crazy. Even though it was 5+ years ago, when I go back and read the journal, the dream imagery is vivid for 100+ distinct dreams.
