Kyle has some pretty good arguments against Ethereum in this Bankless podcast. What do you think? Are we good? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7CMMLdVrtFE

That Solana user experience is better and that its unlikely that Eth L2s will end up being fully interoperable.

But the incentives aren't really there for Arbitrum and Optimism/Base to be fluid across each other. And any up and coming L2s will want their own way to differentiate and create a walled garden for themselves.

That is what Kyle said. And I think Kyle's opinion is wrong. The incentive is to grow the pie, which is why L2s exist in the first place. If you believe in the walled garden thesis then you should also believe that all L2s will become their own L1s and if that is the plan then why don't they start out as L1s in the first place? The reason to be an L2 and to be part of the larger Ethereum ecosystem is simply easy access to more economic activity which begets more opportunity for revenue that you alone cannot achieve. Why else would we build networks?
