That Solana user experience is better and that its unlikely that Eth L2s will end up being fully interoperable.

But the incentives aren't really there for Arbitrum and Optimism/Base to be fluid across each other. And any up and coming L2s will want their own way to differentiate and create a walled garden for themselves.
