A hypothetical for you... Let's say I wanted to get ripped... What books, courses, podcasts, YouTubers, food/diets would you recommend?

I switched to a protein dominant diet several months ago and it’s been hugely beneficial. 1g per pound of body weight daily. Lots of protein smoothies, chicken, beef, eggs. Plus lifting 3-5 days per week. That’s been biggest inflection point for me since I started fasting (only eat between ~12-7) years ago

Wow! Nice work. I do need to figure out how I'm going to eat. So do you measure it out every day?

I’ve used a tracking app (Lose It) which is very helpful for learning how much calories fat protein carbs are in things, but also once you measure once now I know for example my smoothie is 80g, a pound of ground chicken is 100g, etc

I should caveat that I wouldn’t call myself ripped yet but I’m in the best shape of my life. Roughly 15% body fat. Will write something up if and when I get to where I want to be about how I did it. In the interim that reminds me I also recommend a Renpho scale. Not perfect but directionally accurate and a good app

That makes sense. Nice! So my problem is putting on the weight. I'm 152 pounds. 6ft 3inch.

Oh wow, well I can’t speak from experience coming from that side of things but still suspect the protein minimum and 3-5 days / week lifting will be a part of the formula. Good luck!
