It’s a massive pain. Super hit-or-miss. Ironically, it works 100% of the time straight via MetaMask browser. Another workaround we found is if you disable MetaMask showing as a default option and force users to go through the wallet connect -> MetaMask option that has a higher success rate.

Pretty sure starlink is geofenced right now? I looked at getting one for the portability and saw something around that in the details.

Dialect is pretty interesting. I’ve tested Push myself, but the response rate overall seems quite low. My .02c is unless it goes to my email or tg, it’s going to be hard for traction. I do think the opt-in is good. Better than the intrusive scrape and match of ens on Twitter.

Some funny stats from the data we’re seeing on crypto vs. web3 language from our data and our own traffic. Miami, India, Pakistan are mostly web3. Silicon Valley and Texas are mostly crypto. NY is split.

Yes. This is what I want. I wonder if you loaded staged screenshots into chatgpt4 if it could give you at least the how-to.

#2 is spot on. I advise companies in this same point. You should spend the vast majority of time listening to your users and their problems. That’s where direction should come from. When you’re over focused on a competitor, you start playing their game instead of your own.

Also, and I'm biased, but the bigger problem is not determining growth source (we solve for this today). It's discoverability of the product NFT. NFTs more broadly have this problem as well. We've ran NFT marketing experiments. The results are what you'd expect (poor discoverability outside a marketplace).

I've spent a lot of time thinking on product NFT. Would love to brain storm w/you. Per your q. We've done this in a few different ways with Raleon (web3 mkt platform). Usually a combo of direct attribution (came from NFT) and using other on-chain characteristics (IE: has farcaster, the NFT, and active on your site).

Agree. There’s a good subset of CT now. The main problem would be keeping spam / scam bots out.

Yes. There’s generally 2 ways to attempt to associate a Twitter profile based on their on-chain data. It’s semi-effective depending on purpose. You could also whitelist wallets based on on-chain characteristics and use commonalities to target. We help project’s with this today with our web3 marketing platform

Depending on what you’re wanting to add, we can generate the list with even more filters via our platform if it’s helpful. Like # nouns, last activity, last noun, dapps used, etc.

Depends on what you define as improved. A bootstrapped community that wouldn’t have otherwise been there helps improve a product. Has there been one to date that’s retained users well? Not really.

Ruthlessly prioritize. This means making sure the critical things happen first and you say “not right now” to the less important things. This also helps you see which things are most important. 75% of the time the things we think are important aren’t as critical as we think, or aren’t needed NOW. Eg: featur

While I agree, notion wins to me because I can find things. The discoverability of notion is what’s made it a solid tool for our team (over other tools that are free like confluence).

Every good product should have built-in stickiness. Data as a core moat imo is overplayed. Users owning their stuff is great, and while reducing lock-in it doesn’t change defensibility. Ie: tiktok in web2. Data interpretation in web3 I think will be the closest data gets to a moat.

So many in web3 treat users as just their on-chain activity while wanting to know more about what they’re doing off-chain. A users’ on-chain + off-chain actions = 🤯experiences. We’re seeing it more with projects we’re working with. It’s not as natural a thought as you might think.
