Fair question :) I'm dependent on coffee, and I'd rather only consume it for joy or in social situations Somehow we've acknowledged dependency on alcohol and nicotine is bad, but caffeine gets a pass

I don't have caffeine sensitivity, but typically friends that do pair it w coffee and find far more long-lasting/focused state w caffeine rather than typicaly jitteryness I've always been an advocate of "healthy, natural" caffeine (coffee, teas) as caffeine in it of itself isn't bad in <400mg / day quantities b4 2pm
