gotta be careful about having "too many routines" to condition yourself to do work. No I will not listen to music today while coding. No I will not depend on my dual monitor. today, etc. etc. A little change like that ensure you're not heavily dependent on some stimulus.

The amount of people I know who've transitioned from some complex note-taking system into just using Apple Notes is quite high. Some sort of plugin ecosystem for Apple Notes would be hype
