Thoughts on getting married at 22?

I have a friend who’s getting married this year and it SCARED me. 

Is it a good idea to get married that early?

I think in certain contexts it makes sense. I know friends who've been in relationships since high-school for 4+ years, so marriage was inevitable, so better to do it sooner than later.
