✨🍬🍭Any time I go to the doctor, I stop by one of the Asian supermarkets nearby (my doctor’s office is in one of Madrid’s unofficial Chinatown neighborhoods) and treat myself to a little haul. 

Like most Asian specialty markets, they know that the best way to make any money these days is to sell Japanese candy to predominantly white K-pop teens, and have adapted accordingly. 

Today I needed a little joy in my life, so I mostly went for products in Kawaii packaging. 🎀🌸💖

1. Coconut milk smoothie 
2. Lipton Peach Oolong Tea flavored popcorn (China)
3. Onigiri (I always get these, this one wasn’t very good). 
4. SpongeBob Grape Pocky (China)
