Will post a blog post later this week related to some of these things, but wanted to share a bit more of how I’m thinking about the /luminous approach to building. 1) Start with co-creation, not the tools/tech. 2) start with many sub-DAOs, not a core team. 3) create multiple agents and protocols, not one. 4) uniting sub-DAOs, agents, and protocols will come later. 1/

2/ Community co-creation first. The technology should be in service of this purpose. So we started with creation (art and writing) before working on the technology. Creating new stuff should be the primary reason you join this community.

3/ Start with many sub-DAOs, with small independent teams working on towards a similar purpose. Last cycle had it backwards. Each sub-DAO can become self sustaining. Sub-DAOs may form partnerships or combine to form larger cooperatives later.

4/ Build multiple AI agents and protocols (each being worked on by a separate sub-DAO). This is a continuation of the previous principle. Some teams will do really well, some not. The agents and protocols that do well can discuss how they want to cooperate later.

/5 Eventually, sub-DAOs can be combined to form collectives, or together form the "LUM DAO", coordinating more autonomously with the help of AI agents and agentic protocols.
