Will post a blog post later this week related to some of these things, but wanted to share a bit more of how I’m thinking about the /luminous approach to building. 

1) Start with co-creation, not the tools/tech. 
2) start with many sub-DAOs, not a core team. 
3) create multiple agents and protocols, not one. 
4) uniting sub-DAOs, agents, and protocols will come later.

Community co-creation first. The technology should be in service of this purpose. So we started with creation (art and writing) before working on the technology. Creating new stuff should be the primary reason you join this community.
