I think if you don’t have personal doctors and invest in material to track all your body metrics the blueprint is not that expensive.

I’ll let you know in a few months. Have finally shifted some of my habits to make my routine more optimal for a so-so “blueprint” Actually kinda fits what @mk mentions with some of the things BJ does. 4days in and I’m feeling more energy than I have in appx 4years.
