some interesting updated thoughts from Peter Attia on time restricted feeding and prolonged fasting in his AMA ep #40. Skipping breakfast really only has positive benefits if you are trying to restrict calories. Says that benefits from a 24 hr fast are hand wavy at best https://i.imgur.com/wQ386yA.png
