something most don't know, CashApp is the most used fintech app in the US (~53M MAU) AMA on anything consumer fintech, there is huge parallel with crypto social. Good starting points: - growth & acquisition - consumer behavior - monetizaton

Where are these stats? It’s interesting that they have a Bitcoin option and it’s not widely used. 20 $DEGEN

Is the main reason CashApp was the most successful is that they started first?

PayPay is mainly used in Japan but doesn't offer crypto, and we can buy crypto on Mercari(though off-chain tokens). here's my question: When fintech apps add crypto features, how should they balance user education with ease of use?👀

most of the conversation here seems to be centered around product innovations but from what i’ve read elsewhere, cash app won bc of early distribution advantages from partnering with cultural icons / making it seem cool to early users how else do you think they nailed distribution? how could a cash app killer do better?

how would you compete as a crypto payments app, given that cashapp/venmo is good enough?

How did CashApp nail the intersection of the two hardest domains (consumer and fintech), both equally hard on their own.

Is it CashApp or Square. When you checkout at a Square terminal, you’re also interacting with CashApp

we're building revolut for USDC with enclave.money. we would love to get some tips and tricks on growth hacking and consumer acquisition. so far, we've been focused on doing small things that don't scale - happy to chat more about what we've tried, what didn't work and what is kind of working

Ngl i use CashApp to offramp to cash or bank let alone they have segwit/lightning addresses for Bitcoin which can be clutch/can actually be sent directly to some wallets lol

The only thing that concerns me is security of assets on chain unlike cash-app or any other traditional apps where this concern is there too but minimal. Sorry was off topic
