My hypothetical question is how does a wannabe monopolistic product build a moat given all users data are open and available to its competitors?

It’s gonna be UX and utility. Needs an obvious, compelling use case. And it’s got to be simple to use.

That’s the best kind of a game! It’s like chess. Everyone gets the same pieces, and the same board. But how each plays is oh, so different.
