I mean I understand why they didn't prioritize video so I'm not going to call it a mistake. I'd say the biggest ongoing mistake is not having a dedicated UX/UI person. There've been a lot of bad UX decisions and persistent UI bugs over the last year

I don’t agree. I think they have pushed out quality UX and continually improved over time with user feedback and data. Specialization has its place but I don’t really see the need right now (based on the product itself)
