Watching Erica's consistency is super inspiring, and frankly I'm not keeping up! I swim three times a week in the process of teaching lessons, albeit not doing my own drills or significant distance. A couple weeks ago I did 7 mi in one week. Three of those in one session. I made an incredible time on the 75 m Sprint. And sprained my back so badly I have not been able to do distance lap swimming since! I just tried to join the Masters swimming program after teaching lessons, and I think I strained my back again. I'll only know for sure if I sleep through the night without pain or not 🙃 Learning the lesson that consistency is more important than breaking records

aww max you're too sweet! *and* on the week where i only did 2 workouts instead of my goal of 4 😅 but yeah i'm trying to approach it with "it's a marathon not a sprint and some weeks i really won't feel like going but if i just walk in and do something it'll count"
