Professional reputation and onchain identity have been attempted by many startups before, with several still actively building in this space incl. @talent . We often hear that success comes down to the right timing, a strong product, and a capable team.
Beyond those three pillars, what other factors do you believe are critical for Talent Protocol (or onchain reputation projects in general) to succeed in the long run?
I think one of the factors will be the adoption rate of onchain social. Do you feel we’re nearing the right moment for onchain social to gain broader adoption, or are we still in the early experimental phase? And what conditions, whether it's key technological breakthroughs, lower infrastructure costs, breakout use cases, or something else entirely, do you think need to be in place for this space to truly hit an inflection point? @macedo

@talent is focused on developers, which makes a lot of sense since developer contributions are relatively easy to verify through onchain activity or GitHub data. You've previously mentioned plans to expand into other categories, with creators being the next priority. I assume that’s partly because Base has a strong creator community, and creators often produce digital content that can also be tracked and verified.
That said, how do you approach evaluating the quality of output, especially when it comes to things like smart contracts or creative work? It feels like ranking quality, beyond just activity, is a much more subjective challenge.
Also, when you eventually expand into other professions like designers, marketers, or community managers, where contributions may be less visible or harder to tie directly to onchain data, what specific challenges do you anticipate, and how are you thinking about solving them? @macedo
