Any recommendations for improving post-workout recovery time in your 40s? I'm not taking anything right now which isn't ideal, want to get back into it though.

Prioritize sleep (8hrs) Prioritize nutrition (calories+nutrients) Be comfortable with leaving the gym without completely exhausting yourself. Leave some left in the tank. Live to lift another day. Hire a coach or learn how to create a structured program so you can progress without overtraining

Thanks for your quick reply, Matt. I'm using Arnold's The Pump app for a structured workout program, it's been so helpful. Sleep is mostly covered, some nights 8 hrs isn't possible but that's the goal. Same w/nutrition - focus on 1.5 g protein / lb of target weight, few complex carbs. We keep going ๐ฆพ
