Sort of true - bad journals have been around forever. Someone who actually reads research can identify shitty studies a mile away I’ve been talking about the garbage Creatine studies for years but no one cares because some dude with a podcast says it’s the greatest thing he ever did (he lied cuz he’s paid)

the issue is the number of dump people who will link that shitty study to prove their point... tell me more about those Creatine studies. I started to take it this year, but stopped when I got a bronchitis (even if it seems not correlated at all and safe to take) and now I'm hesitant to restart since my cough is not completely gone yet... worried about the hydration level correlation of respiratory system and hydration retention effects of creatine.
