Agreed. I’ll echo this statement and go to the simplest level for fellow parents. Next time at the park, play with your kids AS IF you are 7 years old on the playground - climb, explore, jump, slide, duck, play tag, etc… i do this as often as i can. Its wins stacked on top of wins.
