I go to the gym 3-4 times a week. Objective: general health/metabolism. Muscles are good for bone health later on in life

I do 30 minutes of cardio at intervals and 30-40 minutes of muscles (high weight, low reps, max out at 5-7 reps). This way you get more strength with less muscle volume. I don’t like the aesthetics of a bodybuilder, not for me 😅
