In video calls, do you default to camera off or camera on? Why? Does it differ depending on who you’re meeting?

Depends. I like to pace on calls so I prefer to be off camera and I usually do that for people I’m comfortable with and know that about me. I usually defer to the other person in 1:1s, especially when I’m just meeting someone.
