Start a dream journaling practice! It's fun and a muscle you can develop. Can be as a simple as: wake up, open voice memo app, say images/themes/etc from dream(s) you remember. The mere act of consciously acknowledging dream contents helps with remembering them. You'll be surprised at your recall the more you practice

I need to try voice memos - I tried dream journaling but I couldn’t find a balance between writing too little and spending too much time - became a speed bump first thing in the morning. My interest in dream journaling is it’s supposed to help you do lucid dreaming.

It’s one tactic that’s worked for me. I find it less pressure than writing (though that is super helpful) and it’s a way to start building that recall muscle
