You said you love helping small teams strategically grow. What are the qualitative characteristics of small teams, say 3-7, that you consider essential for top tier performance and output?

Great Q! 

1. Each team member should be able to confidently/comfortably assess each other technically, motivate and push each other to be their best self ultimately building a strong trust between the team. 
2. Understanding the vision, getting everyone on the same page that things will get difficult at times…
