Great Q! 1. Each team member should be able to confidently/comfortably assess each other technically, motivate and push each other to be their best self ultimately building a strong trust between the team. 2. Understanding the vision, getting everyone on the same page that things will get difficult at times…

2/ …when things get hard that’s when the team needs to be in each other corner as support, guidance, and instilling proper communication channels to guide the project forward 3. Accountability, when you mess up you own up to the mistakes. It shows character and prospers forward thinking mindsets.
