For example, someone creates @drw.eth (almost identical to dwr.eth), or @danromero, and posts or DMs ppl, intending to scam them of crypto. You find out, and you report to (er, yourself, haha), and ask the bad accounts to be taken down. But for Farcaster to believe you, they ask you to provide your ID docs (like X, Facebook, etc do).
