Very cool! One comment: I wished you'd address memecoins (vs tokens with a model). As a founder (non-lawyer), it seems to me that the easiest path may be to issue a memecoin at the start (100% airdropped, no utility, no investment of money) and then, down the road, let token holders propose to add some form of utility.
