i’m pretty sure the only reason people move there is taxes + you can run businesses there that are illegal elsewhere

Singapore is a pretty bad place to incorporate if you want to avoid taxes (corp taxes are high, and they have a reporting relationship with the US) and has strict rules — you’re thinking of BVI or Cayman the builder community here is why most people I know moved here (I moved from nyc)

if you experience middle east, you only want to move to either to switzerland, or milano, or singapore unless you can afford a large penthouse in tokyo and im not even kidding whilst furiously looking for a job in CH for a laicist exit.
