Not at all, the tool has always worked normally, it has had some failures that have not necessarily been due to it but at least it works well for me, badly due to it.

I've not seen this. I have seen possibly duplicate tips being sent to me from microsubs on the same day recently though (not exactly complaining but I wonder if someone else missed out because of that)
