In the early days my last team used to meet IRL every other Wednesday. We'd always have pie. It went so deep our community started eating pie on Wednesday (or at least they shared pie pics).

every morning we have a gm meeting where people just hang out and chat. since we are all remote this has helped build out some camaraderie, etc. it is also nice.

We sit in a circle for an hour every Tuesday and Thursday at 11a. Guests of the office are welcome. Everyone shares what they’re working on. We stay until everyone has spoken.

2 rituals I did with my team and everyone enjoyed: - Gratitude Monday Mornings. Each team member shared what they are grateful for. Personal or work related. Helped us to get to know each other and sometimes, it led to very interesting conversations. - Daily wordle competition
