We have everyone design their dream role at Chapter One before they officially join. Helps align people's interests with their role

We find a way to align their interests to Chapter One goals. If it's completely out of scope then it's a signal that the role may not be the best fit. More often than not though people have a good sense of what success looks like, so designing helps them feel agency
