Having a proper office is clearly underrated. We've just moved to an office where any team member can sit anywhere, and it feels so great. Being remote-friendly is awesome for attracting worldwide talent and maximizing talent density, but having a proper office and people working together allows to: → Create a fantastic culture → Reduce team member churn → Boost ideation and brainstorming sessions (the protocol team loves whiteboards) → Cut inefficiencies (e.g., debugging code or explaining concepts is way faster) → Detect human-related issues The cool thing is that we have both.

Yes, well, at a more advanced stage. I know some who book offices during the preseed stage. It's really the best way to throw money out the window.
