Can you provide some details? What is the group trying to accomplish? Who are they? 

It's impossible to say one governance framework is more efficient than others  when we don't know the context.

what's the scope of governance? start there and then cut it in half.

i think agile and lean frameworks are killing it rn! super flexible and efficient. what do y'all think?

I'd say OpenGov is the best one even if it's faaar from perfect (that's the definition of a gov framework) ✅
