Incentives have been misaligned for changes in governance methodologies, but we seem to be making strides. Onchain governance tooling is also challenging and inflexible. We’ve set a new foundation and it needs to be built on!

🌶️Strong technical delegates are one of the scarcest resources in our industry. As more vanilla delegate token-voting DAOs launch, this constraint will lead to a battle to attract delegates. I think we're already reaching the peak of delegate DAOs and it's downhill for most projects who can't attract the best talent from the available pool. New forms of governing have to emerge with better incentive design.
