Osmosis where you took the screenshot from allows you to quite easily swap one for another. In theory that is. The liquidity is really small since there are no big incentives for providing it

Yeah it's just confusing for new ppl. Gets even more confusing trying to move across networks because of routing requirements. It's getting better, but across the entire ecosystem we're in this growing pain stage of not fully abstracting away all these issues for daily users.
