Eh, really depends on the team (comfort + trust) and context. Have had great crits (w/designers only and cross-functionally) using a Figjam template. State stage of design, share in any format. During the share, have the rest of the team leave stickies in 3 buckets: “I wish,” “I wonder,” + “I like.”

Reason it worked well: - Fast + organized (template format) - Low effort for the designer asking for feedback + folks providing the feedback - Retain the knowledge, feedback + learnings in Figma
